 Schedule Service 

  • All touch points on the interior and exterior of your car are wiped down and disinfected on arrival and before departure.
  • We maintain a 6 foot distance during the interaction. 
  • If you need a pen, we supply a clean one,  and then put it into another bin for cleaning. 
  • Patriot offers pick and and delivery services -with thorough wipe downs on each exchange

Sales Team

  • Our showroom is open, but we are highly encouraging appointments.  Not only does it help keep spacing, but when you arrive, we can have a variety of things ready for you.  It's VIP service!
  • We will maintain a 6 foot separation at all times
  • For a test drive, vehicles will be brought to the front of the store,  again with all touch points - handles, steering wheel, shifters, touchscreen - wiped down and disinfected prior to customer entry. 
  • Our associate will ride in the backseat passenger side, or you may drive alone as long as we have a copy of your driver's license and insurance card.
  • All transactions will be entered into the system and emailed to the customer.  If the customer does not have a personal device, we will supply a clean iPad,  that has been properly cleaned.

The customer can complete most of this work in advance online with our Patriot Express Buy program. Our internet sales team is ready to help and advise.


Know that our basic protocol includes:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers
